Okay let me just say how extremely excited I was about this class. Pop's is so nice with his locking!

I learned more in 2 hours than I have in 4 years! He taught me later on in the week from a question I asked him that Uncle Sam's don't go up or down they go straight out from your shoulders and in front or behind you. Which I never knew. As Crix already blogged...Suga Pop said..I like technique but I LOVE dance. We learned that you HAVE to be funky! There is no way around it! You can do technical moves all day long but you have to be funky and dance or it's wack! :)

Suga Pop just brings great energy to a room and really uplifts you with your dance style. I really got in touch with my inner funkiness during this class and hope to develop it further with everything he taught us! Thanks Suga Pop! Hee hee..we also learned how he got his name which is a really funny story! :)

This spider was so nasty! This was my lovely first impression of Mikey Disco, I got all close to the spider web to try to see what the spider looked like and Mikey yells and throws his hand at me like he is throwing the spider on me. I have never screamed so loud and ran so fast in my life. Welcome to the sticks....haha...no but seriously if someone would have sat at that table to eat can you imagine that thing crawling on your leg!! EWW!!!
