Nako's Class was incredible. He taught us patterns, really dope burns and disses. We got to do a Rocking line at the end and I was Rocking with Asia One we had a blast! I think Asia took me though :) haha I did block her attacks several times though I must say. We were dancing next to Nako and Kenny and Nako looked at Kenny and said what are they doing?..as he looked down the line because all of the beat riders were going crazy just straight attacking one another!! Kenny was like just let them go..haha we went for an entire song everyone was breathing like they ran a marathon! Ha Ha it was too classic!!

It is amazing how many patterns are used in rocking and your hands are so important. I LOVE the celebration dance you do when you have that happy moment in the song!! You really have to watch your opponent and use offense and defense moves. Nako is one crazy dude that is for sure! He says the most random funny things that you can't stop laughing about. A Huge Thank you to Nako and Kenny for all the knowledge!

This class was insane, we learned so much in such a short amount of time! Fever One Demonstrated a lot of different blow up go downs and other go downs and a few footwork elements, we went over foundation in detail, riding the beat. Legs taught us not to think so much in our tops. We learned the difference between Top Rock and Up Rock which I don't think a lot of people know...I know I have used that term wrong in the past... there is a thin line and there are similiarities, Up Rocking consists of disses, weapons, burns etc. when you do tops you don't do disses etc. and that was a key thing to learn.

Legs threw on Doin it to Death I and we got to Rock down the Block which was dope but I must admit nervewrecking at first but it made us really let go of inhibitions!! We had to go one by one and Legs would stop the music every once in a while and critique us on things that really made you think less and dance more we developed our "pimp walk" and danced to the horn...haha it was a lot of fun!

He made a really good point that too many bgirls try to dance like bboys and it is important to have the femininity and finesse as a bgirl. Thank you SO SO much to Crazy Legs and Fever One for a completely mind opening class! Katastrophe
