Gymnastics Master Class - Hardest Workout I have ever done!!! 
A big thank you to all the guys at Bela's camp they were all so helpful! This workout was so hard!! We really worked on our shoulders and blocks which helps with back handsprings and other moves. We worked on Flares and practiced our rotations, hand placements and body positions. I had lots of bruises the next day!! Thanks for all your help guys!
