I must say it was one eventful day today!

The BET Hip-Hop Awards are consuming Atlanta and you certainly have lots of "intersting activity" to go along with it when you compile all the mainstream artists you can think of in one arena. Some in attendance were KRS One, Kanye, Common, T.I. (until he was arrested by the feds at Walgreens just before the awards show), Busta Rhymes, Jermaine Dupri, Nelly...you get the idea.

It was refreshing however to see them really want to include bgirling above all other things. They were set on that from the get go and they stuck to it. They also showed several clips from bboys and bgirls around the world on the main screens and tried to keep that theme going. As most award shows are, it had dis-organization but all in all I think it will be a good show.

It airs next Wednesday, October 17th on BET. I am only performing for the opening of Katt Williams and it was a quick and fairly rushed performance we literally danced for 30 seconds and got the music the day of the performance. Common didn't end up using bboys and bgirls as planned but I was a little relieved not to have to do two performances. Lots of networking went on so I hope it did some good! haha

I was bragging about all of you guys from Beat Riders a lot in conversations and telling everyone how talented you guys all are and encouraging people to check the website. I was telling everyone about Pharcyde and how dope is is at Krumping!! And that they should have had him there to rep it!

Peoples I am back in da country! I was in Africa FYI didnt get to go to Jo-berg for BC1 but I was there in spirit!

Hey guys!

Haven't checked into the site in a week or more, just been really busy!

Haha - Ivy..just so happens the same day I check in to blog is the same one you did...girl..get outta my head!! LOL

Things have been good for me lately, I am getting ready to do the BET Hip-Hop Awards this Saturday here in Atlanta (the actual awards are this Saturday but it airs on Wednesday the 18th). I am doing the opening number for Katt Williams and then I am supposed to be dancing with Common as well. I will give you guys details on what to look for if you want to watch it once we get through our rehearsals this week.

Miss all of you guys! Hope EVERYONE is doing EXCELLENT and ROCKIN' HARD!!! ..no need to even say that because I know all of you Rock Hard! :)

miss everyone still. wishin i could of been more outgoing @ certain times. I was just so inspired by everyones various talents and dedicated art forms and getting to know as many of you as i could. It was hard not to be another part of me wich is to lay back in the cut and take in my surroundings, im a big thinker and am still in complete aww of this experience.
Ive been able to catch up with a few people since we all departed. I was 1 day short of makin it to FSS. so i missed out on it, but did get to catch up with my girl Cricket, MikE, and Slim. we kicked it house style one night. mini reunion. Also dragged Cricket out with me to dance to some roots reggae, dancehall. Another reason why crickets so dope, not only did she have every guy tryin to dance with her but she was gettin down winding hips and all!! GO CRICKET ;) Roxi will b in my area judgin 4 Fallin With Style 3 so I'll b draggin him out with my mpls fam.
